Be Grateful For All The Money We Have Been Given!

by Lee Sok Lian|李淑莲

be-grateful-for-all-the-money-we-have-been-givenWhen we put into practice Rhonda Byrne’s “The Magic” over and over again, what we are really doing is rewiring our brain and implanting gratitude in our subconscious mind. For those trained in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), the practice of rewiring our brain and implanting gratitude instead of negativity in our subconscious mind makes perfect sense. We are more inclined to believe that there is magic in our universe when we understand and obey the 7 universal laws by which everything under the sky is governed.

The magic that we experience becomes our inspiration because as we incorporate gratitude into our days, they will be nothing short of miraculous. This motivates us to increase the magic where or when we have a specific need, such as for health or money, or if we want to have a dream job, experience greater success at work, or improve a strained relationship.

"We Are Family!"

by Lee Sok Lian|李淑莲

In a previous post, I had written about the foot washing activity carried out during the island-wide Service Virus training that we conduct for our staff. When asked about their thoughts and feelings regarding the activity, the general response from course participants was that it took a bit of getting used to.

Washing the feet of others is not something we do every day and therefore, most people did not feel at all comfortable. While we may wash the feet of loved ones, most people would not voluntarily wash the feet of others unless required to do so. If you work in a spa or foot massage parlor, and your job requires you to give foot massages, it’s just part of your job and you simply get down to it. That had been the standard response.

5 More Effective Ways To Raise Your Energy Level

by Lee Sok Lian|李淑莲

5-more-effective-ways-to-raise-your-energy-levelThere are 5 more ways to raise your energy level.

  1. Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a state of mind that we can cultivate, allowing us to live in the moment and awakening to experience. When we are mindful, we observe our thoughts and feelings from a distance, without judging them. Once mindfulness becomes part of our everyday experience, we will be able to expand our field of awareness and develop our capacity to accept painful experience as being part and parcel of life, for our personal growth and learning.

Top 5 Ways To Raise Your Energy Level

by Lee Sok Lian|李淑莲

top-5-ways-to-raise-your-energy-levelDetermined to forge a new and better future for all of us, Prime Group International spearheaded a few initiatives from 2010 ------ from promulgating Taisheng Agriculture to changing the way we eat, think and live. We raised our energy level. We have shared our journey through various platforms including this blog, The Mahota Quarterly, The Mahota Symposium and a series of books launched in 2012 and 2013. We focused our energies on these five areas in creating love in action.

  1. Love and Laughter
Love and laughter are the quickest and easiest ways to raise one’s vibration. Love and laughter can be very contagious, with others reciprocating and increasing the potential for positive change. When people reach the tipping point of giving more love than negativity, we will be able to banish negativity from the planet quickly. Our self-worth increases as we open our minds to change. We feel good about ourselves. We may feel a sense of euphoria. We are at peace with ourselves and the world at large.
